Can I order these pieces now?
Availability is shown on each product page. If a piece cannot be ordered online, use Contact to ask about its details and availability. A selection or enquiry does not place an order.
Can I personalise a design?
Each product page shows the options for that design, such as a name, an engraving, a size or gift packaging, along with any limits.
Why can a price change?
Prices are built from a metal reference, purity, weight, a making charge and any options. When the references move, so does the price.
How long will a piece take?
Each product shows an estimated lead time, such as 10–14 days. Confirm timing before production begins; it is not a delivery guarantee.
Where do you deliver?
Destinations, costs and delivery terms will be published before ordering opens.
